"We have just spent 2 lovely peaceful days at this stunning cottage. Absolutely amazing. The attention to detail cannot be faulted. Ben is the perfect host. He's communication was great and very responsive. I'd called him before our arrival to check about the wood burner. He was so friendly. He left all that we needed to fuel the log burner. It was so cosy. We'd not been to Wroxham before and loved it. The cottage is about a 5 minute walk into the village/town. we had a couple of meals at the Wroxham Hotel. Highly recommend it. The whole area is stunning and only around 30 minutes drive from Horsey Beach where we got to see our beloved seals. Thanks Ben for everything"

"We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The house is beautifully situated with a riverside view and it was lovely to sit out on the private patio (which caught the evening sun) with a drink, watching the sun go down. We particularly loved being within an easy 10 minute walk of several really good restaurants to suit all tastes and other places to eat and shop. The property is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was building work going on across the other side of the river which was quite loud for about two hours, but they packed up by 6pm and it didn't adversely affect our stay, though we were out and about during the day. Parking free in the courtyard outside was very convenient. Communications with Ben were smooth and easy and we had very prompt helpful replies to our questions. Loved this property. We will be back at the earliest opportunity x"

We're Baby Summer, Charlene, and Ben, and we can't wait to share with you why our cottage on the Norfolk Broads in Hoveton is one of our favourite places on Earth.
The Norfolk Broads stole our hearts from the moment we laid eyes on its breathtaking beauty and peaceful vibes. It's like stepping into a serene oasis, with its winding rivers, sparkling lakes, and tranquil marshes. We instantly felt a sense of calm and connection with nature that we hadn't experienced anywhere else.
Our cosy cottage, nestled perfectly to offer stunning views of the glistening waters, quickly became our home away from home. As soon as we step inside, we're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly puts us at ease. The living room, with its cosy log burner and riverside-inspired décor, is our go-to spot for relaxation and quality time together.
But let us tell you about the real magic—the outdoor adventures! We spend our days hopping onto a boat and setting out to explore the waterways of the Broads. It's pure bliss, cruising at our own pace, feeling the sun on our faces, and taking in the beauty of our surroundings. We've discovered hidden nooks, stumbled upon charming villages, and marvelled at the historic landmarks dotting the landscape. Every trip is an adventure, and we simply can't get enough of it..
Cottage On The Quay is our sanctuary—a place where we can escape the chaos of everyday life and find peace and joy in the simple pleasures. We can sit quietly, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and feel a deep connection to something greater than ourselves.
We can't help but feel grateful for the memories we've created here. Our cottage is more than just a house; it's a haven of happiness, We're truly blessed to have found this little piece of paradise.
